REFUND POLICY
Reservation Refund request will be processed according to the following requirements:

Accomplished Refund Request Form

At least two (2) valid IDs of the prospect buyer with three (3) specimen signatures

Original Acknowledgment Receipt
Incomplete requirements will not be processed.
Pick up Instructions
All available checks should be picked up in person at Toyota Bacoor. Coordinate with a Customer Relations Officer for assistance via REFUND REQUEST FORM or through crd@toyotabacoor.com.

If the person requesting for refund is not registered in the Acknowledgement Receipt: Other than the prospect buyer requesting for refund must be duly authorized by the person (prospect buyer) whose name is registered in the Acknowledgement Receipt.

If the person picking up the refund is not the true claimant: A letter of authorization from the true claimant is required.

If the Original Acknowledgment Receipt is Lost: An affidavit of loss, duly notarized, is required to process the payment. Additionally, a valid ID with the signature of the person acting in the capacity of the claimant must be provided.
