 REFUND POLICY

Reservation Refund request will be processed according to the following requirements:

  • Accomplished Refund Request Form

  • At least two (2) valid IDs of the prospect buyer with three (3) specimen signatures 

  • Original Acknowledgment Receipt

 

Incomplete requirements will not be processed.

 

Pick up Instructions

 

All available checks should be picked up in person at Toyota Bacoor. Coordinate with a Customer Relations Officer for assistance via REFUND REQUEST FORM or through crd@toyotabacoor.com

  • If the person requesting for refund is not registered in the Acknowledgement Receipt: Other than the prospect buyer requesting for refund must be duly authorized by the person (prospect buyer) whose name is registered in the Acknowledgement Receipt.

  • If the person picking up the refund is not the true claimant: A letter of authorization from the true claimant is required.

  • If the Original Acknowledgment Receipt is Lost: An affidavit of loss, duly notarized, is required to process the payment. Additionally, a valid ID with the signature of the person acting in the capacity of the claimant must be provided.
